A new call for ideas to take part in the exclusive “all inclusive” International Accelerator program aimed at launching innovative projects in the wellness and health sectors
After two successful editions, Technogym, the world leading company in fitness, wellness and sport, and Wellness Holding, the angel investment fund of the Alessandri family, in collaboration with H-FARM, are now accepting applications for the Wellness Accelerator Program Spring 2016.
Founded in 1983, Technogym is the world’s leading international supplier of technology and design driven products and services in the Wellness and Fitness industry. The program, starting in April 2016, aims to scout and invest in the 5 best startups operating in the wellness and health sectors, in order to jump-start innovative projects that will reinvent and improve the wellness industry. Some of the key themes of this new call for ideas are Predictive Analytics and Big Data, mobile and web Healthcare solutions, fitness and wellness solutions based on virtual and augmented reality. Every selected team will develop its project in H-FARM, the Italian Venture Accelerator, supported by mentors and experts and will receive a €15K cash investment from Technogym, as well as acceleration services such as mentoring, international networking, room and board, working spaces, exclusive events, technical and professionals services: a true “all inclusive” accelerator program.

Today, 4 out of the 5 startups of the first edition have secured a further investment from Technogym and other international investors; and the 5 teams of the second edition have entered the last phase of the program dedicated to fundraising which will conclude on February 11th at the Demo Night event.
